Use ‘formatter by Zapier’ —> action event ’text’ —> Transform ‘split text’ —> input ‘FB phone number’ —> separator +1 –> segment index ‘Last’.
Once this is in your zap right before your VICIdial webhook, all leads will be formatted to the raw phone number with no country code.
