For some reason when our agent transfers a call to Unik's DID, Ringba’s Caller ID only picks up our call center number and not the lead’s number, so there are a lot of duplicates showing up. Is there a setting we should change so RB picks up the lead's Caller ID instead?

This is caused by a misconfiguration on your dialer. You need to change the number that is displayed when transferred. Contact your dialer support to correct this setting.
