Message extension is a mobile-only extension that allows you to set up an automated message or a pre-written message for your customers to click and send to you.
Go to the Google Ads dashboard and click “Ads and extensions” then click on “Extensions”.
Click and select “Message extension”.
Select where you want it to be added to.
Fill out the necessary fields.
Click on “Advanced options” if you want to set up a scheduling for the extension.
Click “Save” when you are done.
💡Best practice: Create 4 different extensions and Google is going to cycle between them then you can see which one is bringing out the most results.💡
