Adding Custom Questions to Your Instant Form for Lead Ads

Here’s how you add custom questions to your Instant Form:

1. In the Questions section, click + Add Question in the Custom Questions field.
2. You'll see a dropdown menu with options to include specific question types. You can choose:

• Multiple Choice to give people different options. Type in your questions and possible answers.
• Short Answer to ask a question with a one line open answer.
• Conditional to create a set of questions with conditional answers that change based on how someone answered a previous question.
• Appointment Request to let people request a date and time to make an appointment with your business.

To add additional questions, click + Add Question again and continue creating your Instant Form.
